GETTING THERE

The participants will be transported from the Athens “El. Venizelos” International Airport to Porto Heli and back by complimentary coach and only on the official arrival and departure days as shown in the timetable below:

For Car Rental: From the Aiport (there are numerous rental companies), you have to take the Attica Ring Road, towards Elefsina which leads you to the National Highway towards Corinth. After passing the Isthmus of Corinth veer to the right and follow exit B toward Epidaurus, onto Kranidi and then Porto Heli. Drive through Kranidi and once you have reached the central circle of Porto Heli, turn left toward Costa. The Hotel AKS Porto Heli is 500 m along the costal road; for the Hotel “AKS Hinitsa bay” you have to continue the costal road for about 2000 m and turn to the right (there is a signpost for the hotel).

If you choose to take the Hydrofoil of Catamaran from the post of Piraeus, take a taxi from the airport to the port of Piraeus and from there you can purchase a ticket to Porto Heli. For those participants arriving earlier than the 22.6.2010, they can reach the Conference Hotels either by car through the National Highway or by Hydrofoil from the Port of Piraeus (approx. 3 hours). The expenses are not covered by the organizers.
